I absolutely love this place!!!!! The customer service is impeccable! The manager, i think was Summer? Was so informative and polite, she really made me feel comfortable! The wax experience itself was amazing as well! Robin was my waxer and she did such an amazing job! It was so pain free and done so nicely! Definitely bought some packages and will be returning!!!!

Nice place, friendly accomadating staff, very welcoming... i was made to feel like a valued guest not a burden even tho i called last minute for an appointment, they always made sure to ask if i was comfortable..... my only concern is i always leave with patches of hair.. I've tried 2 locations and had the same results... i do not believe this is a reflection on their staff or these 2 particular locations, but rather some type of time quota that needs to be met... however i am rather new to these types of services so i will continue to try and see if it gets better.

Everyone here has been professional and helpful.  Their facility is kept clean and up to date.  The manager is proactive, making sure all the waxers do a thorough job.  I highly recommend this location to friends and family.  If you found my review helpful, make sure to hit the thumbs up!

I love coming here to get waxed! Kayleigh was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The front desk ladies were friendly and helped me pick the best affordable package for me. I'll definitely be coming back :)
