Today I had my very first waxing experience (a full Brazilian Bikini Wax!). The Salon is immaculate, every employee was not only highly professional, but they were all extremely friendly and took the time to explain exactly what to expect. Lauren, my aesthetician , walked me through every step of the process and made me feel entirely comfortable. She continually told me everything that she was doing, educated me in the entire process, and did a FANTASTIC job! I highly recommend European Wax Center, as well as Lauren, who is courteous, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. A full Brazilian Wax is something that I expected to be embarrassing and painful, but Lauren, and the rest of the staff, made my experience first rate, and I've already made my next appointment! I highly recommend European Wax Center to anyone that is looking for the best waxing experience available in all of Connecticut!!! A+++++++

Excellent customer service. Extremely professional And pain-free waxing highly recommended. A little on the pricey side but well worth it for hygenic reasons as well as professional service and pain free wax.

I love waxing over shaving. After waxing at European Wax Center I don't think I could ever go back to shaving. I absolutely love waxing at here for a few reasons... the wax specialists are very informative and educated. It is a very clean facility and I feel very comfortable going here for my Brazilian.. you can't go to just any place for that.. the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. why wouldn't you love this place??
