This place is definitely THE best place to go in Stamford. Front desk staff customer service is always on point. What makes it even better is working with Krystle. I was not always a fan of waxing and I used to very timid when it came to getting different things done, but she is great at her job and a great person in general! I always recommend her specifically to all of my friends when they consider going and I recommend her to all of you as well!

I've had a great experience with the front desk, as they are super friendly, helpful, and professional. The store as a whole is super clean, even the bathrooms. Everything always smells nice and everything is kept tidy - even the products displayed. My wax specialist, Krystle, is awesome. I've gone to several different waxing places but none compare to the job Krystle does. She's amazing and I am beyond comfortable with letting her wax me!!

I've been going to EWC for about 1 & 1/2 years now. Alissa is the best one there! She makes sure she takes care of all 3 services I get and I am left with no hair anywhere!!!! Alissa has also been at this location the longest. She is talented and quick. She also has the ability to talk about anything and make you feel super comfortable. As long as Alissa is there I will continue driving 45mins to Stamford to see her.

The front desk girl Alexa is amazing! Super friendly, fast & the smile is to die for! Great customer service. I was waxed by a girls who's name I believe is Aisha? Anyway she was perfect! And funny which made my wax at ease. Will definitely be returning! Thanks EWC!

Very easy to schedule/re-schedule appointments. I'm very happy with Brits work in particular. I have been coming in to the Stamford location throughout my pregnancy, as it's very difficult to shave with a big belly. Brit does a fantastic job and is quick!
