I just moved back from Fort Worth and I hated leaving my eyebrow girl. I’m extremely picky about my brows! I went to Emma today and she did an amazing job. Not only did she get my eyebrows looking right, but she was really nice and informative. The receptionist Alex was also great. She was very informative and attentive. I definitely recommend. Thank you girls!

Olivia is amazing! I'm sure all the ladies working there are, but my experience getting waxed with Olivia is a game changer. I'll definitely be returning and seeing her for the rest of my time in Odessa!

I had a great experience the first time.  The staff was friendly. This was also my first time getting my underarms waxed. Olivia explained the steps to me and she continued a conversation with me throughout the process which helped me keep my mind off of the waxing. They also provided me with information about their skin care products, but never tried selling or pressured me to buy the products. Instead, they sent me home with samples to let me choose for myself whether or not I liked it compared to others found in retail stores.

HOWEVER, the second time (today) was unsatisfactory. I guess that's why the first wax is free...they reel you in thinking that the second time is going to turn out just the same. I even bought 2 products (which I love) but I won't be going back. I'm not going to spend $80+ just to have to come home and find out that they missed and shave. Posting pic.
So disappointed.
