This place is so unprofessional and will even go as far as calling their customer a lier! My sister in law asked for a basic pedicure and asked that the lady press more firmly on the massage part of the pedicure nothing more. Well the lady did so and then charged her $45. I never knew that asking for someone to press a little harder costs that much extra! To top things off, the lady failed to show her their pedicure packages and did not discuss pricing. The only reason we knew how much a basic pedicure was because we called before hand. The manager claimed that the owner was not their and did nothing about it and decided to argue with me! We will NEVER return as the staff were horrible at handling the situation and pretty much said my sister in law was lying! I mean we don’t mind paying the $45 but at least inform the customer that they will be charged more and not mislead the customer then charge them a ridiculous amount! Oh and when I asked when the owner would be in, the “manager” said he was on vacation.

Vivían is the sweetest there she doesn't make you feel uncomfortable and has so much patience I love going to her she honestly is the only reason I go to Eva's nails😘

Very unprofessional. They hung up on me when I tried making an appointment and when I went in I got gel and they did not use the UV lights to dry them because they wanted to close early. I highly recommend going to a different nail salon.
