Airport shuttle used to be very good. Last time I rode it the driver spent the whole time on the phone and the shuttle could use new shocks.

Forty bucks? This is a very good price considering what you get. Comfortable and safe ride to the airport without bothering your Dad or sister for a ride. Evans has been around forever. There's a reason for that.

Grumpy behind the counter staff...pending in the commute hour, very much depicts their bus choice. I was on the last SFO bus recently which resembled a "park n' drive" shuttle. Terribly uncomfortable ride. They have the monopoly thou from Napa to SFO.

Pretty unbelievable that Evans cancels airport shuttles without posting any notification online... you just show up, find out there's no bus and are told to figure it out! Thanks, Evans!

Unprofessional, overpriced and, as of today, unreliable. Stranded at SFO, all thanks to Evans. We have been using Evans bus services to get and from SFO over the last two years. It's been getting worse and worse. Waited at the pickup spot at 1025pm for the 1030pm shuttle. Called at 1040pm to see what the ETA was. We were told the shuttle is a little late. No problem. Called at 11pm, and was told by Nick that the shuttle left! I was standing in the same spot--pillar 343 at Terminal 2--the designated pick-up location on the website, which was also confirmed by Nick, and a bus never came by. Nick was extremely rude and becsme more condencending by the second. Thanks, Nick! Nothing like dealing with your Charm after a long flight! You chose to believe your driver followed protocol and that your long time customers are morons. As if being stranded at the airport wasn't bad enough, you made the experience even better. Advice to all potential customers: If you're two or more people, take an Uber and avoid these clowns. Will you $20 more and it's worth every penny. Can't wait for another shuttlr serivce to start competing against these guys.
