Had a new Daikin a/c and furnace installed in September 2017 by this company.  From start to finish the service was excellent.  Great salesman, friendly and offered lots of information, advice and product selection.  Crew on install was very professional, never got any names, but they were all terrific.  I got 4 estimates, and Evans was not the cheapest, but based on their reviews, and length of service in Niagara Falls and the fact that it is a family business sealed the deal for me.

Our Air conditioning units were serviced today by Gary of Evans Heating & Cooling.  He was very professional and friendly.  We would definitely recommend Evans for your heating or cooling needs.

I had a great experience. Sales person was not high-pressure and provided us a good price and excellent follow-up.  We got our rebates quickly and they did the paper-work for me.

The installation is nice and clean. The old gas furnace and garbage removed by Evans.

A big thank you to Evans Heating & Cooling for helping out with our gas fireplace. Gary took the time and patience to answer all of our questions, while solving our fireplace problem at our house. We also had excellent customer service on the phone when booking our appointment. Thank you for your help - we will certainly recommend you to anyone, and we will be coming back to you in the future!
