We had our basement waterproofed 2 years ago. It has been dry ever since. The guys came in did the work and cleaned everything up. We are very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the work recently completed at our home by EverDry Toledo. From my initial contact with Janet (she was kind, friendly, and made setting up an appointment that worked with our schedule a breeze), to our free inspection and estimate with Guy (very knowledgeable and professional) to the crew (Devon and Mike and the rest were all personable, efficient, and took extra care to minimize the mess), the job was completed quickly. We're confident our moisture issues are a thing of the past!

The representative was very knowledgeable about the services that they offered. She was professional and made me more interested in the company. I would consider this company for repairs when the time comes.

Made an appointment for a free inspection (I truly believe I have a problem), they called and confirmed the appointment for the wrong day, I corrected them, they then confirmed the appointment for the correct day. The day was today, after waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time called the number and was told that he thought the appointment was 30 minutes later. (It was already that time), waited another 30 minutes now an hour past time and called again, I was met with "shock" but told she had spoke to him early this morning and he was ready to go. Had she not just spoke to them 30 minutes before? I really don't know how to get contractors to do their job and be honest. Frustrated!!!

Professional in home inspection was our first step in choosing EverDry. After all was explained on how issues in our basement could be resolved we moved forward and we are completely satisfied. Process was quick and clean with a great crew. Highly recommend.
