First of all, I was not aware that they would only take cash until I got in the car. When I reprimanded the driver for not letting me know beforehand that they would only take cash, he proposed to take me to the bank to get cash when I was already late for work. I angrily expressed my disappointment, and I told the driver that I was already late for work because of him, and that I had no intentions on stopping at the bank. I was getting ready to get out of the taxi, but he said he’d charge my card, so we were good to go. By the way, I was charged $40 to go from exit 9 to exit 16, the trip is 15mins (uber usually charges $16). I was furious beyond comprehension. I handed my card to the driver, and I could hear him saying my card number out loud. This guy was writing down my card information on a piece of paper. I reprimanded him and requested both the card and the piece of paper. I stormed out of the car and went in the office to get cash from my coworker. I only took a taxi because the Uber app was acting up this morning, and it was the worst experience ever. I’d rather skip, walk or even miss work than use their services again. Please spare me the apologies and the speeches because this I really not what I’m looking for. Besides, that will not change the bad experience that I had, and it surely will not change the way you guys operate since I’m not the first person writing a negative review. You do not even deserve a star; I gave you one because it was the only way I could write a review and warn others about how unprofessional you guys are. Just TERRIBLE!

Very poor customer service. Called for a cab and was given ten minutes for pick up but ended up waiting over fourty five minutes and the worse part is that the cab never showed up. I decided to call the dispatcher to ask what was going on and the dispatcher was very rude and nasty. I have been using their services for years but since they have make me wait for almost an hour for a taxi in several occasions, I'm not longer using their services. I'll be calling Uber from now on.

THIS THE WORST CAB AND LIMOUSINE COMPANY TO EVER EXIST. ON MORE THAN 5 OCCASIONS INHAVE CALLED FOR A CAB, WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE IN 10 MINUTES JUST TO CALL BACK 20 MINUTES LATER AND BE TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE MY CALL LOGGED AND THERE WAS NO ONE COMING. THE OPERATORS IN THE MORNING ARE SOME OF THE MOST RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU MID CALL ASK YOU WHY DO YOU KEEP CALLING WHEN YOUR CAB IS 25 MINUTES LATE. TELL YOU TO JUST WALK IF THERE ARE NO CABS. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD EITHER BE BOYCOTTED OR PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. NO ONE SHOULD EVERY USE EVER READY TAXI BECAUSE. BECAUSE "EVER READY" is NEVER READY!!!!!

Cash only which they don't inform you and can't remedy even over the phone (need to go with driver to an ATM). Cab reeked of smoke. I would actively avoid at all costs
