Called to inquire about a storage unit.  Sunny answered and when I asked about a unit she rudely interrupted me two times before even hearing my questions.  Her tone was very sharp like I had been a bother to have called.  I would not recommend this place

The people here (ESPECIALLY Barb) have to be some of the nicest, best people on the planet.  Seriously. I'm from the south east, and people talk about southern hospitality, but I've never in my life experienced customer service like the people at EDS Hewitt Ave. Every time I've had contact with them they have been absolutely phenomenal, everything was done in a timely manner, they went out of their way to help me because I was trying to coordinate the unit remotely, and had other people who would be moving my stuff without me being there.  They have a truck you can borrow and I've never had trouble getting the use of it when I needed it.  I would recommend them 100% any time to anyone needing a storage unit.
