Way understaffed for the price you pay.  We where told 30 min wait turned into over an hour.  We where finally seated in a nearly empty restaurant as they did not have enough servers.  Very poor.  30 min food time.  We honestly felt like checking out after poor service received at both grand mountain lodge then the restaraunt too.  Not sure what has happened. This is our 3rd trip and by far the worst...  "resort is becoming a loose term"...

Great food, fun atmosphere with excellent buffets and specialty nughts. Taco, sushi, prime rib and potato bar, stir-fry.

The food and service is TERRIBLE! Boiled ribs with tomato paste on top and under-cooked stir fry for $60? Highly disappointed. Would've rather drove the 30 minutes into Gaylord and bought McDonalds instead.

Nothing special.  Over priced,  but its a resort!....  the breakfast buffet is the best bang for your buck!  $22 (used to be 18).  Omelet bar.

My wife and I stopped in while we stayed at the resort. While we were cashing out our bill of $38 and some change, we place three twenty dollar bills down. Twenty was to be broke so we could leave a proper tip. When the waitress returned, she only had $2 and she never brought the $20 back. The manager said there is nothing they could do. We will never be back again. We are very disgusted.
