I and my entire family of 5 have been going to Evergreen Dentistry for some time now. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. They are friendly and they are good at what they do. That's all I need from my dentist. I've been getting the impression that their top priority is the patients. I'd recommend Evergreen Dentistry to anyone I know.

I have been going to this dentistry for the last six (6) years since I moved from Sacramento, CA. Dr. Lee always makes me feel that I am a patient, not a customer. He always goes over my treatment options including lower cost ones and help me choose the right treatment option for me. I had two dentists (one in CA, the other in VA) before Dr. Lee, whom I also had overall good experience with but I had to ask if there are other treatment options besides ones that they initially offered (higher cost options). Another thing I like about this dentist office is that I have got into the treatment room within 10 minutes from my appointment time. The dentists and staff seem to work fast/efficiently. :) My wife and my son also go to this dentistry (they see Dr. Kimberly). I have recommended this dentistry to my friends and co-workers and I would to others who are looking for a dentist who makes you feel like a patient, not a customer.

If you have an HMO plan and have to choose one dentist, please do not choose them! You will have to wait forever to get on their roaster just to make an appointment because they work like this is 1970! Here is my story. I switched my dental plan and chose Evergreen as my dentist starting June 1. I have been calling them everyday since June 1 to make an appt. but they said I couldn't even make an appt because they had not recieved the June roaster from my insurance company yet (Today is June 9). I called my insurance company and they confirmed that I was on Evergreen's roaster and they were willing to fax that information to Evergreen, but! Evergreen told me they won't accept it. Because Evergreen update their roaster only once a month and, here comes the surprise, only by the postal mail! They don't accept new roasters by emails, faxes or direct access from the database of insurance companies, unlike many other dental offices. What is this, 1970? I told them I needed urgent care (my crown came off.), but they didn't even flinch. I was very upset first but I guess I should take it as a good indicator for the quality of their service. How do you expect them to be efficient or up-to-date, when they don't evem use emails or faxes? Anyway, I found another dentist who accepts immediate transfer (there are many of them, actually), so I guess I don't have to meet these cavemen in person. But I don't want many of you experience same nonsense I had to deal with.
