Looking at the bulk of these reviews, they seem to be from people that were SENT to collections, not actual business that use their services. I can personally say that everyone that has been sent to collections from our office either refused to pay what insurance did not cover or avoided paying for services rendered by my company. For those that are reviewing due to being in collections, I would suggest taking it up with the company that sent you to collections. Generally, businesses are a little more accommodating in working with you but if you owe the money and are unwilling to pay, there really isn't much room for arguing. That being said, take their reviews with a grain of salt. We have been using their system for a while now and we FINALLY are able to collect what is owed by those sent by our office. The methods for sending them to collections is simple and we generally receive payment in a fast manner. Their staff are pleasant and will take you through the steps to make sure you understand the process and are open to answering any questions you have. Haven't had any issues so far, but I would say that if you do decide to send someone to collections, add the collection's fee of service onto the bill since it does take a chunk of what you owe. Why would a business take a hit for someone unwilling to pay their bill?? Frankly, everyone that has been sent by our office was unwilling to make payments and ultimately refused to pay for work we had done. I would recommend this company to businesses that struggle with individuals who originally agreed to pay an amount but after services are rendered, refuse to pay. Keep up the good work!

I called to pay off an old small debt. Their original records were wrong and after pressuring them to call the original debtor they were forced to change the actual debt about. They had originally told me they would discount some interest if I agreed to pay in full. So I asked to be given the amount of the discount on the interest owed they refused until I would agree to keep answering the same redundant questions, I didn't. I reminded them that they have ALL my current information, and instead of them just taking my debit card information to collect the amount owed, they chose to say bye because I was tired of confirming information I had already confirmed in two previous calls this months! Very foolish people. JUST TAKE MY DEBIT INFORMATION and stop acting dumb!

This business is terrible. They sued me for a 10 yr old med bill they purchased from another company i filed a complaint w the att general and am currently in legal proceedings please post reviews to show everyone who and what theyre dealing with.
