Ordered a headstone for my Mothers Grave back in May, The Headstone was delivered to Evergreen on August 6, 2017, I went to visit my Moms grave on August 20th The headstone was not out, I called and was given a bunch of excuses by a female secretary, I called on August 19th was told they would lay it out after I threatened to come pick up the headstone as of today The headstone is just sitting on top of the grass has not been placed in ground and almost a month later I'm still getting the same EXCUSES!!! I only gave one star because I couldn't leave a review if I didn't, Evergreen deserves NO Stars unprofessional at its finest!

My beloved baby Brother was laid to rest here. Every interaction I have with staff here is always compassionate and professional. His grave is well kept and the grounds are serene and calm.
