The help we received before my brother Dave passed away along with understanding of what to expect and the options that they could help us with. The lovely lady with the beautiful accent was our main point of contact. My sister and I live on the East coast and came out in January 2016 as my brother was in the ICU and not doing well. He did by a miracle of God pull out and lived for a year and a half longer. We wanted to 'plan' for the what ifs' and with the information in hand we left in January 2016 confident with their oversight in the funeral matters for Dave. We were not disappointed~ My son Oliver where Dave lived took over the last details of the funeral planning when he passed in May of this year. Evergreen worked with my son and took care of everything from their end and he had a proper and very nice burial at the Veterans Cemetery. These few words do not describe the peace we experienced or how thankful we are to have found this place of business~ Customer service is important but during times of grief and duress compassionate guidance in these matters is more than a blessing to those left behind!
