Moved in when it was warm outside, now with the weather turning cold, house starting showing signs of no upkeep, can literally feel the freezing cold wind come from under the stove and through wall socket, pulled the stove out to look for draft, found hole and found mold growing. No heat through vent in front bedroom, it's freezing, kitchen floor is so cold can't go without socks or slippers. Used plastic grocery bags to fill cracks under the kitchen sink and between the dishwasher to stop the cold air drafts. This is the 6th mobile home I've lived in(3 being FEMA throw togethers), 4 being in harsh winter states like North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. Never seen or dealt with any of these issues before. Don't rent here and don't buy one of their homes. Move your own in.

Well to start, I'm not a picky person. I do like it here though it's quiet the other people are nice and the staff has been amazing to the whole family. Maintenance always does that little extra and if they can't they'll put in the word to get it done.

We moved in about two weeks ago and the staff have been super friendly! We just had a problem with our garbage disposal and not even 30 min after I told them someone was here to fix it. The place is really nice and its very quite here. We are across from the play ground so I figured there would be noise from the kids playing but they are usually home before 7. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone lookong
