Talked to other truckers in docks. Over 5 hours to get loaded. After 2 hours I left due to insufficient amountt of time between door time and appointment time for delivery at Walmart.

Need to employ knowledgeable dispatchers that could get the job done. Lot of time wasted delivering without phone numbers.

Impersonal service. You have to fill a from on a tablet and leave your number, and after some time someone call you and gives you a door, and call you back when you're done. Sometimes you have to wait in line just to get in the parking lot and you're not supposed to be allowed to park on premises but still one or two spots to sleep and wait for your log...
