We live in CO and ordered flowers from this florist for my 91 year old mother in law.  She said that it was the most beautiful and colorful bouquet she had ever seen.  This shop tried to deliver the flowers to her the morning I asked them to, but she wasn't home and was gone until later that night.  The florist delivered them anyway on their way home around 7:30 pm, to make sure she had them on her birthday.......walking on icy paths to get them to her front door.  I couldn't be more pleased with this company!!

This was the worst service I have ever received!!  I placed a specific order for my daughters birthday.  She received the order and sent me a picture thanking me since I am 300 miles away in another state.  To my surprise the order was not what I had ordered.  I spoke with Brian and also with Virginia.  Brian argued that this was the order that was written.  Virginia agreed that she didn't take the order correctly.  My daughter is a very busy full time ISU Student so I agreed to have Evert's drop off different flowers to add to her bouquet.  Fast forward to the following day.  I am told that Evert's left a message for my daughter telling her to stop in and switch out her bouquet.   NOT WHAT I AGREED TO!!!  
I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.
POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE, PRICES TO HIGH!!!!
