Very well kept and maintained. Our room had a queen size bed and then next to it there was queen size bunk beds. They also have a common area/living room so it is a perfect place if you have nice size entourage with you.

I think this was a good place for us to stay while skiing at Holiday Valley. I thought the price was more than I expected, but it was still one of the least expensive options in town on a Saturday night in the prime of ski season. The beds were comfortable enough for two people and I really liked the full/queen size bunk beds + 1 regular full/queen bed. The bathroom had two separate toilet rooms with doors, and a shower room with door, and sink in the main bedroom. Good for large groups. We did not have hot water and I think it's because too many people in the building were taking showers at once. Not sure if that was a one time issue or something that could happen to anyone during the morning/evening shower times. The owner did his best to get us hot water ASAP, but it didn't get warm for awhile. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The common areas were as well. Location was good, walking distance from shops and bars downtown and only at 5 minute drive to the slopes at Holiday Valley. I would say this is a good place for a group of people looking for clean convenient budget accommodations near downtown and the slopes.

Amazing setup and very easy going staff. It has clean, comfortable accommodations with a clean shower setup. Each room offers bunkbeds. Lots of room. Great spot.

I have stayed here 3 times now & will be back for the 4th soon. The rooms are very clean. It is walking distances to downtown, tops ect.The owner Tony is awesome, very pleasant to talk to & puts his heart into this lodge, He honestly does treat you like family. Thank you Tony.
