If I could give them zero stars I would.  They double billed my insurance for the first 3 months I went there.  I was literally there 20 mins a day and was billing me close to 400 dollars and ran through my insurance 3500 spending limit within 2 months.  I didn't notice till I started getting a bill.  Was confused how my spending was out so fast.  I went through all my billing records and found out about the double billing.  By this time Evolution Spine center said I owed them 800 dollars.

I was suffering for several months with plantar fascitis.  I was trying to fix this myself but had to give up on that idea when it was only getting worse month after month.  I went the route of generic orthodics advertised on TV and the radio but they fell way short of my needs.  Ibuprofen wasn't enough either.  I was wondering if I was developing a permanent disability when a friend told me about Evolution Exercise and Physical Therapy.  I was very fortunate to have met Ann, my new physical therapist from Evolution.  Ann was phenomenal and worked miracles in just three or four weeks of her magic touch.  Tim the physical trainer was also great.  Both Ann and Tim gave me exercises to heal and strengthen my plantar fascia and achilles tendon to prevent future problems.  They took care of my problem and, instructed me how to better care for my plantar fascia, and how to prevent future problems.  Evolution, Ann, and Tim are caring, smart, professional, and just plain wonderful to work with.  For physical therapy or preventative physical training, Evolution, Ann, and Tim cannot be beat!  Between Evolution, Ann, and Tim, I deserve 15 stars!!!
