Called and made a reservation Thursday morning for my boyfriend and I to check in between 3 and 4 am on Saturday morning and check out on Sunday. The girl I talked to took all of my information and said I would only be charged for one night because of the time I was checking in. We drove 8.5 hours Friday night and got in at 3:20 Saturday morning. The man at the front desk said there was no reservation for us and I asked him to check the computer. He said "oh well you're not supposed to check in till tomorrow. Our computers don't switch over till 4 am. So you can either pay for another night or you can wait till 4 to check in." I explained to him what I had been told over the phone when I called on Thursday to make the reservation and he said "oh well you were given wrong information." I said "so you're going to either make us stand here for 35 minutes or make us pay for a second night because of 35 minutes?" And he said "sorry nothing I can do" So we left and went to a hotel down the road who was more than willing to accommodate us and let us check in and only pay for one night.

The owner called me today and did not seem like he cared at all. All he did was explain that I had been given bad information by whomever I spoke to when I made the reservation. That is not my problem and after driving 8.5 hours at night I expected them to honor what I was told originally. Maybe your bad information and rude staff is why your hotel was the only one in town that had "plenty of availability"

Great air conditioning.  Acomadated us after a vehicle accidents when the holiday inn  wouldn't. Nice rooms and pleasant staff very clean

Very nice and relaxing visit. Super clean room, and well kept lawn and premises. The staff were polite and helpful.

I forgot my business card in one of the rooms and the housekeepers held on to it til i got there. There aren't too many honest people left in the world but these people are. I would stay there again. Nice people and honest.
