Fast and friendly service. I was kept up to date on what was going on with my car. I dropped my car off on Monday and my car was done by Wednesday within the same week. My car looks brand new. Overall, I am happy with the quality of work.

From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was initially told I would be able to pick it up concluding the repairs on the following Tuesday. To my surprise, they called me on Friday (JUST 2 DAYS LATER) of the same week to come pick up my car. The work was perfect and had my car looking brand new after a hit and skip in Tremont. I am not only EXTREMELY satisfied with the work but also EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the service on every aspect of my experience with Excalibur Auto Body. OUTSTANDING!!!! Thank you.....

Blatantly lied costing me $5000. Broke things inside the car worth $400. Car has run terrible since I got it back and they don't return phone calls. Even if your insurance wants to use this shop....don't.  That's how I got roped in and ripped off.

Upon arrival was greeted in a very friendly manner and introduced to the shop manager. The process of repairs to my vehicle were explained to me in detail and updated on a regular basis. Vehicle was completed in a very reasonable time and my vehicle was delivered as if it left a detail shop. Very impressed overall with the service i received and the repairs completed on my vehicle.
