Do not give them access to your bank account. They charged my account twice in 1 day for 2 different amounts. The office personnel are habitual liars. I had to report as fraud to get the charge reversed by my bank. The manager only wants to argue instead of resolve the issues. I have continually asked for a pay off amount and been ignored. Only threatened with fake legal action if I do not continue my payments.

Rude staff & only accepts payments via bank accounts which is annoying.

Applied almost 2 weeks ago, no answer.  Called to check status person working on file was not there.  I did not want to deal with that person so I asked if someone else could help me, that person recommended that I reapply.  Applied on a Tuesday, Thursday hadn't heard from the new person so I called to check the status of my application.  She told me they called my employer to verify employment and gave it to her supervisor to look over the file.  Well, she actually lied to me because she hadn't even contacted my employer yet.  Friday late morning....still no answer!
I see some people had good experiences, but I have yet to see anything that has been good with my experience.  Approved or not, I will not be accepting a loan with these people!!!
