customer service sucks!!! The employees answering the phone have no clue what they r doin!! They give u different answers! Then they don't understand y u r upset!! My Windows were replaced 5 years ago. The entire house was replaced! They need to show respect to all paying customers new or old.

Wow.  Hard sales tactics were an immediate red flag. Saleswoman on the phone wanted my name, number and address before she would speak another word to me.  I should have demanded her full name and home number in the spirit of reciprocity!  Excel's product may be fine, but first impressions are everything.  We'll be getting our new shower doors elsewhere.

This was our second installation from Excell. Both frameless shower doors are gorgeous! The installers, Chad and Rob, put shoe covers on, a tarp in the work area and immediately went to work. Both were very personable and professional.  When the job was complete, the 
only evidence was a beautiful, custom-made glass shower door above my bathtub! Everything was clean. Would I request Excell to install another shower door? Absolutely!

We used Excel for a granite installation in our new pantry and they were wonderful!  From the very first contact I made with them, templating and installation was flawless!  I would highly recommend this company.

This is place has the worst costumer service  around . I have been to this place a few times since its close to many of my costumers and every time they have treated me with a condescending attitude. not to mention they charge way to much for low quality material .Stay away if you can !
