I don't know why this place has such a horrible review. First time I've been to a doctors office for me thst they actually listen, take their time with you, and make you feel like you matter. The staff are so friendly, and helpful, I've been seeing Adam, and he's so very sweet.

I normally don't leave reviews very often, but they make a big difference in whether or not I'll visit a business, as I'm sure they do for many others. With that in mind I felt the need to post this review in response to the two one-star rated reviews. I began taking my son here in late 2014 when he was 2 months old after having multiple bad experiences with A+ Pediatrics. I noticed an immediate difference between both doctor's offices. With A+ Pediatrics, the first ped I took my son to, I experienced dropped calls, incorrectly input information, rude staff, lack of professionalism and disorganization with record keeping. (They lost one of my son's immunization records and failed to add it to the system) So then I switched to Excel, and I've never had an issue with them. The reception staff are professional and courteous, they answer calls immediately and the majority of the time I'm able to get a same day appointment. All of the staff greet my son and I personally when we walk in (they actually remember who we are!) The pediatricians are extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and now I bring my newborn son here in addition to my toddler. I also want to say this about the billing process of both pediatricians. In 2014 when I took my healthy, average newborn in to A+ for his first checkup, he was seen for less than 10 minutes. Nothing out of the average was done. Yet when I checked my insurance account a few months later, they had charged my insurance $966.00. My other two visits to A+ were charged in amounts ranging from $400-$600. A+ Pediatrics charged my insurance outrageous amounts in order to get a larger percentage. Compare this to Excel, similar checkups were charged to my insurance at only $100. So ultimately, I think Excel lives up to their name and I can't recommend them enough.

The worst office EVER They are clueless have no idea what they are doing I took my seventh month old daughter on Saturday seen a doctor that was rude telling me my seven-month-old daughter shouldn't have a pacifier and lecturing me about it then when he went to go check her mouth he took a paper towel and snatched it out of her mouth he kept on asking me if my daughter had a heart murmur I kept telling him no. He kept asking me if my daughter has asthma. I kept telling him no I took her in because she keeps coughing and seemed really congested they tested her for the flu and for upper respiratory infection both the test came back negative so he prescribed her A nebulizer with Albuterol and there is a form you have to fill out for the nebulizer I asked the lady at the front desk before signing the paper do they charge for this she says I don't know people with Medicaid get it for free I looked at her and I said I don't have Medicaid and told her I was not filling out the form without knowing how much it was gonna cost me out of pocket she never told me how much it was so needless to say I didn't sign the paper then when I turn the prescription in at CVS they called me and told me they don't have albuterol in that amount seems to me the doctor didn't know what he was doing and was very rude I will never take my daughter to this office again I would not recommend them at ALL !!!! (went and got my own nebulizer) but going to get another opinion because I don't trust the doctor that was there!!!!

This is the worst office i jave ever been to. They never have appts available. I wouldnt take my dog to these people. The drs are diffrent everytime u go in, office staff is so rude. And they bill fraudulately. Please take ur children elsewhere before something bad happens to them.

Wonder full. would go there every time. They are always accepting new patients & will see you even if you walk in. no appointment needed. Best thing is that they are open on the weekends.
