Jason Lunden was my PT and helped me eliminate my knee and hip pain from running. After seeing him for a while, I was caught in an Avalanche and dislocated my shoulder. He helped me get my shoulder strong again as well. Jason is extremely knowledgable and personable. He's a pleasure to work with. He knows a ton about physical therapy and truly understands the physics and biology behind his practice. At Excel, they have a spacious studio and stellar technology. I really appreciated when they took a slow motion video of my running to analyze how I can improve my form to be the best I can be and to avoid further injury. I still practice the techniques he taught me in my running and am a happy healthy runner 3 years later. I attended Excel PT for a few months about three years ago. Since then I have lived in NYC and LA and have seen 4-5 other PT's and none of them have been even satisfactory compared to the treatment I recieved from Jason at Excel PT. After attending a new PT for post-surgery rehab yeaterday, I wanted to come back and leave a review for Excel, because a really good Physical Therapist like Jason is very hard to find.

The people are nice; the results are amazing; and the explanations as to what is going on with your injury are second to none. I would strongly encourage anyone that is in need of physical therapy to go here.
