Terrible customer service. The owner has no professionalism nor accountability for anything. My daughter took some shirt for laundry but clerk marked them for Dry Cleaning which is more expensive ($1) per shirt. I called within 45 mins. to ask for them to change the otder to Laundry. The clerk coached by owner, who I could hear him on the background tellig the clerk what to say, told me that my shirt had already been picked up and there was nothing she could do. I asked if they could call the place where they do the actual work (located on Tampa Ave) and change my order to Laundry. The owner through the clerk said that they couldn't do anything and that the worker at the other site didn't have time to look for shirts (bag). I asked the clerk if I could speak with the owner who I could hear on the background tellig her what to say.First she said that was him but he just left, then I told her that I could still hear him, then she change the story that he was just about to leave. She (he) to call the next day which by they they already had drycleaned the cloth and eventually charge me for it. NEVER COMING BACK...DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE.....NO PROFESSIONALISM NOR COURTESY AT ALL

I was real happy with the service from Excell Cleaners. I raely rate or give reviews for places I do business with but... I have to this time around. It's just the right thing to do.

I took one shirt and asked if they could fix a popped button. They said yes. Hours later i call and they tell me it's ready. I pick up the shirt and nothing was done to it, and it's not fixed.

*** DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES TO EXCELL CLEANERS *** I took my expensive suit to Excell Cleaners located on 16165 Nordhoff Street, North Hills, CA 91343. Apparently they dry clean and laundry all the pieces on a store located on 8235 Tampa Avenue, CA since they don’t have any machine on site. Both stores are privately own by Miguel. 2 days later I went to pick it up and took it home. I was ready to go back to work in the morning when I realized that my suit pants were a little bit lighter than the jacket, so I went outside on the sun and part of the front and back of the pants was a huge discoloration due to some chemicals. (The jacket was perfect though). I took it back and Miguel (the owner) accused me that I did it because I took it back 2 days later and I did not complain right when I picked it up. I told him I did not check back then because I trusted their professionalism. After a big complain and conversation he told me it was not his fault but his employee, well I did not care whose fault it was; I just wanted a solution because he was the owner and obviously he is responsible for his business and to deal with the unsatisfied customers. To make the long story short, he offered to fix it; so I left the suit back in the store. A week later when I picked it up it was a pretty close matching color pants and jacket but when I took it outside you could tell the difference in color and the smell, because what they did was put some chemical on top of the chemical that the pant already had and I was not please with the results. I told him that I did not want money because it was a 2 month old suit and I did not have the receipt that he was asking for; but to give me some credit. It was a Calvin Klein $250 suit and was offered me $30. So I ended with an incomplete suit (just the jacket) and $30 on credit. NEVER COMING BACK.
