Bummed to see bad reviews. I got such great customer service.

Heard great things about Camee ( mother in law and sister both use her) so I went in as a last minute walk in. Camee wasn't available so I went with Brooke. Both really good! Chopped off about 6 inches and got all over color. Loved the results and the price. I am accustomed to paying twice as much in the city. Going back for a touch up today.

Girl that did my hair was very nice but I was extremely unhappy with my service. I went in wanting my roots touched up my ends slightly lightened ( a balayage) and trimmed. She knew how to do a good balayage but my hair was a very dark brown and my balayage was left a bleach blonde. The image I showed her was a caramel color and my result was NOTHING close. Also my hair is a shade or 2 lighter than my dark color so my roots needed to be touched up. She did not touch them! She also allegedly took 1in off my hair. I left with split ends. So annoying I had said please take off as little as possible but I want it to be healthy. Not the case I was so disappointed.  Everything was 120 without tip which I'm more than happy to pay but this was not worth any of it!!! I have since had to pay more for ANOTHER hair cut and to fix my color such a bummer.
