I agree with Natasha Williams about this place. It's slow af, and they got rid of all the good doctors. Some of the doctors and other staff are really nice, don't get me wrong, but others tend to have an attitude problem. And as for them being so slow; I had an appointment with them one time, and it took me over 4 HOURS just to see the doctor. If they're always so busy, why can't they just hire more doctors? But the main thing that drove me to writing this review is that they rudely hung up in my face right when I was trying to reschedule an appointment. Like I swear, that is so damn rude and unprofessional. I wish I could go to another clinic, but sadly, this is the only one that's closest to my home (I don't have my own car). Anyway, I wish -0 was a number, because that's the rating I feel like this facility deserves.

Never answer they phone, have to wait hours and hours after your appointment time to see the doctor, they move slow and got rid of all the good doctors and nurses.

The doctors are excellent and care about your health. Everything you need such as lab work, GYN services, optical exams, dietician, podiatrist, behavioral health, your PCP will refer you to what you need. There is also a very caring and loving social worker ( Ms. Shirley) if you need those services. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars only because I have to wait too long, but that has improved a little. They have some of the best doctors!

IT IS ONE OF THE WORSE FACILITIES I HAVE EVER VISITED. THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PATIENT/FAMILY & STAFF IS NOT VETTED AT BEST, AND AT WORSE, THE STAFF CAN BE DOWN RIGHT RUDE AND HOSTILE. VERY RARELY TO EVER CAN YOU CALL AND SPEAK TO AN INDIVIDUAL. YOU MUST LEAVE YOUR PHONE # THROUGH THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND, HOPE THEY RETURN YOUR CALL, WHICH THEIR RECORDING SAYS IS TO BE WITHIN 24 HOURS, WHICH RARELY, IF EVER, HAPPENS. MY SISTER HAS BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN A YEAR TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. TO SEE A SPECIALIST, TO HAVE AN MRI DONE, AND WHEN I WAS THERE WITH MY SISTER, LAST, IN JANUARY 2015, HER PRIMARY DOCTOR HAD NOT FOLLOWED UP WITH THE FACILITY SHE HAD SENT THE REQUEST OUT FOR THE MRI, MORE THAN A YEAR AGO. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED, AND EVERY DEPT. HEAD FORM ADMINISTRATION, PATIENT PUBLIC RELATION TO THE DR. OR DR'S THEMSELVES SHOULD BE MONITORED TO SEE HOW WELL THEY ARE RELATING TO THE PUBLIC WHO SERVES THEM AND PAYS THEIR SALARY.
