Rachel Fischer is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have made our traveling arrangements through her since the first time we started vacationing on our own. She takes the worry and stress out of not only the preparation, but also the expectations when we get to our destinations. We love having the certainty of knowing that we are not going to have any unexpected surprises when we get to our destination as far as the lodging and travel goes. She is very knowledgeable in her field, so much so that, all I need to do is give her a couple vague ideas, and she comes up with our dream vacation. She is also available, any time of the day when you need her, and responds to questions in a very timely manner. If for any reasons there are any hiccups along the way, even if it was not her fault, she goes out of her way to fix any issues that may have occurred. We will continue to travel through Rachel for as long as she is a travel agent.
