Exclusive motors, specifically John with exclusive motors, are right at the very top of my list. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. They found a way to take my car and fix it. They gave me a price and they did whatever it took to stay at that price, something that no one has ever done before. They were professional and honest and when it took a little bit longer for them to fix something, they called me and got permission first. Previously with other shops they kind of went by the easier to get forgiveness than permission style of repair. I'd show up and the bill would be way more than it was supposed to be and they would just try to justify it. John Did whatever he had to do just stick to the quote that he gave me. plus he's tall dark and handsome. LOL Start to finish this group is way above ordinary. I'll never use anyone else for my 4 vehicles.

My Porsche was supposed to have the Fluids topped off before pick up day, According to Gennady. And I picked up my car and fluids were still below low lines as when I checked it at the first test drive. So what else is European Sports Car Garage in downtown Sacramento going to find after they're Inspections.

Exclusive motors helped us fix out our stubborn Saab and fixed it up. They are someone I call my mechanic. I love this shop and the people. Also thanks John for never giving up on our car even tho we want a new car. Thanks ~ Bradford boys

I've previously went to a different car place and was scammed. I asked John to give me an estimate to fixed the car, after hearing my distressed experience with the other place he mentioned they sell cars. I gave it a shot because I've used their services before. I spoke with Gennady -explained my frustration and he offered me a few options, he was straight to the point and was very helpful (even worked on a Sunday to prepare my paperwork). The next day, I was already signing the papers for a new car with Roman who explained everything thoroughly. This is one of the best car company I have ever used. From being able to speak to a person from the start, all the way to the most outstanding technician (Tim) I have every come across in this field. I would gladly recommend Exclusive Motors to everyone. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. For something they see and deal with everyday they made my issue and frustration from that other car place a priority. Thank you Exclusive Motors!!!

This place is great! Hardworking, reliable, honest, and knowledgeable techbicians, not to mention a spotless shop. They have very reasonable prices. Anyone in the area should give them a try and see how great this business is.
