went through the 20 questions with the agent only to have her tell me there was a black ice fee on the rental. its 50 degrees today!!

This place has done a complete 360 when hiring Nicole Muriel. She always has an upbeat and positive attitude at work even if there are some hick ups.  She makes the entire process easier and adds a good smile into the mix. She is a genuine keeper

I was recently referred to Executive Car Rental on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights by my auto dealership service center.  From the beginning, Frank took excellent care to arrange a vehicle for me.  The vehicle was beautiful and the daily price was much lower than I would have expected.  Perhaps this was due to the car dealership referral.  Anyway, Frank was friendly, extremely professional and attentive.  Everything was as explained.  Upon returning my car today, I had the fortune of not only being assisted by Frank again, but also by his colleague Nathan, who handled my paperwork and happily drove us back to the dealership to pick up my car.  They were both just as friendly and professional as before, which shows their genuine care of their customers.  I would DEFINITELY recommend using Executive Car Rental.
