Nice hotel. Ok staff. But its fantasy suites so its pretty good and the prices if each suite are good as well and they stick to one rate, not like the others.

This has got to be the worst hotel ever!! I have called three times trying to make a reservation in the last two days. Phone rings like 20 before someone answer then the lady that answers is very rude. She is always talking to somebody when I ask about the hotel and hangs up on me. I have called back and when she finally answer, I ask for reservations and she tells me that the reservations department has gone home.. at 1 P.M. on a Tuesday. and hangs while I try to ask her about the rates. I just can imagine how they treat guest in person. Not going to stay there.

Sometimes you can still smell the cigarette smoke from the previous customer when you enter

The staff was extremely rude, obviously racist. The room was not clean, smelled disgusting.
