This is an apartment building that rents living space. It is/ was owned by Stern Property Management back in 2014 before it got sold to crony associates so they and their friends could pocket a lot of the repair money and pay themselves from the bank loan after the transaction. The roof was caving in and Operh and his office waited to the 11th hour to selectively take care of certain tenants that share their faith and/ or country of origin.  Everyone else had their rent raised and only got minimal help if any AFTER they went to the housing authority to report months-worth of complaints and concerns.
