Story

The Exercise Science Center is a facility designed to promote health and fitness through the application of scientifically conducted research. Every member is given a complete fitness evaluation to identify areas of weakness, and to designate any special considerations in the construction of a personalized exercise program. A follow-up assesment is given every two months to measure progress, and make recommendation for further improvements. With an experienced and educated staff, we accomodate for any age, body type, or fitness level to provide the best individualized program possible. Extended hours and shower facilities allow the Exercise Science Center to fit around even the most grueling work schedule.
