All I can say is I had an amazing experience working with Eddie and Bonnie of Exit Realty Blues City. Bonnie was there every step of the way for me. She used her experience to get me the very best deal and made sure I was not taken advantage of. She answered all of my questions and was there every time I called. I engaged Eddie Aeschliman of EXIT Realty Blues City  to sell a house in Somerville, TN.  Since I live in North Georgia, I needed a realtor who I could trust and who would work to sell the house.  I found both at EXIT Realty Blues City. I was so satisfied with the results, I have recommended EXIT to others.

Moved into a dirty rental property managed by pmi of Memphis who shares this office with this company. The whole house was so disgusting, it was very obivous that they did not get the house cleaned before we occupied the house and at the time our son was 6 months old when we moved in, the house was so filthy We didn't not feel comfortable putting our son on the floor to sit! They gave us the wrong keys to get into the house, wasted our time with our movers a total of 3 hours were wasted, we asked to be  reimbursed for the time lost with our movers which was around about $350 for the time wasted, the property  Manager for the property avoided us at all cost after the lease was signed and  pushes us off to his assistant and says it not THIER fault that THEY HAD THE WRONG KEYS!!!! They told us we would have to take it up with the homeowner to get reimbursed for the lost time with our movers, because "it was the homeowners fault that they didn't give them the right keys".Needless to say that PMI of Memphis does not know what customer service is nor do they care about their tenants or home owners.
