WOW!  What a great experience I just had selling and buying a house through Henry Rojas. I happen to run into him at a coffee shop and I saw his EXIT pin and realtor pin so I decided to talk to him and mention to him that I was thinking of selling my home! We exchanged information and the very next day he called him and told me he had a prequalified buyer interested in buying in my neighborhood. That same day we set up and appointment to show the home and amazingly he SOLD it! After that he spent many, many hours showing me homes and helping me understand the benefits of each without pressuring me. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the current market as well as the current mortgage, tax and insurance information. I wanted to know everything about the market and Henry was able to provide me with all the information I needed. I must say he made the buying process as simple as the selling process! Ive been in my home for 2 weeks and I LOVE IT! Thanks Henry!

I have been wanting to purchase a home  for over 2 years now and I have had countless horrifying experiences where I was told that I would not qualify to buy anything. I had reached the point of thinking that I would never be able to own my own home until one of my friends recommended me to Henry Rojas, the Broker at Exit Realty Hillcourt. We are currently in the process of finding the perfect home and it has been so pleasant working with him. Henry is 
knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings and weekends). I know he will help me and my growing family find our forever home. I would recommend Exit Realty Hillcourt to everyone who wants to have a great real estate selling or buying experience.

I have worked with several agents at Exit Realty Hillcourt over the years and have recommended my friends and family. I had only great service and experience from this office. The Broker Henry Rojas has been an excellent help with foreclosures, selling and buying.  I would recommend anyone to work with Exit Realty Hillcourt .

Team Virapen of Exit Hillcourt Realty was amazing.   I've listed my home with a couple of veteran Realtors in the past to no avail.   Team Virapen then approached me and I was very encouraged by their attitudes and passion.   They were genuine and I felt that they wanted the best results for me as a seller...my home was sold in THREE WEEKS for TOP DOLLAR, I couldn't be happier.   Team Virapen was my only choice as a buyer and I now own a home that my family absolutely loves,  great price,  great location and convenience in every way possible for us.   THESE GUYS WILL ALWAYS BE MY ONLY CHOICE!!!

I personally did not have a good home buying experience.  The agent(Rafael Jose) was not prepared to show me homes even though I had a very short window since I was relocating from out of state.  The homes I did see were ones that I mostly had found myself by searching on Google and appointments were not set up for some of the homes I really liked.  I ended up working with another real estate sales person from a different agency. Unprofessional, incompetent, dishonest and complacent.
