Well if it was Exotic ink with Billy Cook 5 stars would not be enough, but since under new management by Zackary 1 star is way to much. I have never heard this from any other shop or so-called owner till Zackary. I went in to see Billy Cook  he told me Billy was no longer there. So my question to him was I paid for tattoos at this shop that both the artist & the shop got paid and the contract signed it has the shops name so who will finish my tattoos his reply was that was with Exotic ink not with me and he so-called bought the shop changed the name but I still see The Exotic ink sign outside...I recommend for everyone to stay away from this shop at 102 Philadelphia road whatever name they are claiming...

Would've given a higher rating but they've pushed out the best artist they've ever had. The staff there now is completely unprofessional and rude. None of them do decent artwork and getting a tattoo from them would be the worst idea of your life. Crappy people and service. They shouldn't of gave up someone so great for their shop.

I been to this shop three times and have talked about my tats multiple times to diffrent people because they are always asking where i got them from i have never had an issue with my artist billy but since "new ownership" has taken over they have chucked him out and hung him high and dry. They have plagiarized his work claiming they own it. Along with a few other artist work. I refuse to go to a shop they airs dirty laundry on personal Facebook's and the shops page. And they promplty delete anyone speaking the truth or an honest review. I would stay away from here at all cost

I have 5 tats and 4 of them were done by billy... The only reason I ever went to the shop in the first place was cuz I have 14 friends who I am close with that got tatted by billy and billy only and I was referred to him. The only reason he hasn't done 5 out of 5 was cuz my first tat was a spur of the moment thing and he wasn't there. Now I know that y'all are trying to call him a thief and a liar and saying that he was tattooing outside of the shop however I had 20 people that wanted to get a tat and we wanted to have a tattoo party and we contacted billy and he said no it would have to be at the shop. Now that would have been 20 people plus me and my hubby getting tattoos that were a hundred dollars or more and he could have pocketed all that but he didn't??? Hmmm and why do u think that is?? Because he was one of the most loyal and the most talented artist u had there! I will be following him wherever he may go because until he is no longer tattooing I will not and i mean I refuse to get a tattoo by anyone else. And I know a few close friends of mine who also refuse to let anyone give them ink. You may get rid of post where u are calling him out or airing out ur dirty laundry and even bribing people, which we all know u have to do now because ur clientele has just dropped majorly, however we have all already seen it and u have already pissed off a whole bunch of people so how do u think ur business is really gonna be???? Keep adding perks to ur store cuz ur gonna need em.... Oh and in case u dont believe me about the tattoo party and being turned down here is there proof. Sincerely a customer who u will never see step foot in ur shop again! Oh and by the way u ABSOLUTELY LOVE all of my tattoos by Billy Cook!!!!

Received a cover up by Billy Cook. Was a very difficult tattoo to cover. It looks awesome now. would definitely recommend this shop.
