Edited my review to a 5 stars. They seem to have started stocking more supplies which is awesome. I also had some issues with a group of fish I had bought and the owner was very understanding and helped me out. Would recommend if youre looking for high quality fish and service. Old review: Hit or miss for some items. Great pet selection with poor selection of supplies. They stock the typical Zoomed garbage. Small selection of aquarium supplies compared to other places around. I gave 4 stars because this place has a large good amount of fish and reptiles to choose from which look pretty healthy and are priced competitively.

Poor customer service and care of animals. Overcrowded structures and small enclosures you'd find at an expo for transport. Transport containers are not housing quarters. Overpriced and I overhear condescending attitudes towards customers when visiting. Fun to see their collection though, they have a diverse set of reptiles. Keep in mind there is a 1 day ONLY return of sick animals. Make sure you take your time and pick out a quality animal to avoid overlooking any illness, poor behaviors or noticeable marks/mites. They are not customer friendly.

Love this place. The people are knowledgeable, and know everything you will ever need to know about fish and reptiles. A great selection and an ability to find species and selections if they don't have them on hand. Clean cages and healthy pets make for a grade A store! Healthy feeder species and a wide selection to keep any pet happy.

extremely bad. I went with my mom and brother. i was in the market for a bearded dragon (which i now have) and had some questions. at other stores they let you hold the animals, so i asked "that bearded dragon looks cool, can i hold him?" the staff responded, "if you buy it". later on i was looking at sand and my brother was feeling this one sand because he said it was soft. he told to feel it, so i did. the employee was on the phone and told us to stop, which is totally fine, its what he did next that really ticked me off. he went back to his "extremely important conversation", he picked the phone back up and said, "sorry, i had to babysit". in conclusion, good animals, bad service, don't give them your money.
