This place is special.  The staff are very friendly.  The park is spacious with paved interior roads and cement RV and tow vehicle parking.  From what we've seen it is spotlessly clean.  The showers/restrooms are neat and tidy with plenty of hot water.  Laundry is available, although we did not use it.  Satellite reception is excellent.  We stayed 2 nights in a Class A and towing a GMC  Terrain.  Exceptional value for the price.  We would absolutely stay here agian.

Good for an overnight stop, not sure I'd stay for multiple nights unless I was in Madras for an event at the Expo center or similar. Park is in great shape, clean and well kept. Not much shade at all. Friendly staff.

Verak is just the guy to show you around...he is really sweet and he will tell you everything that you need to know about RV'S. There RV'S are great and most of them are very comfortable! I loved it there.

It's really a terrible place. So don't come here. That way we will always be able to get a reservation. ;-)

Over PRICED for what it delivers...a WI FI that is the pits that doesn't work  hardly at all ! For $1400.00 a month just forget it, go by a home instead !!!
