The worst car wash experience I have ever had in my entire life.  I paid $8 to drive my car into a stall and have the machine spray dirty soapy water on my truck for 30 seconds and then proceed to shut off..  I have called numerous times in an effort to get a refund but there is no answer.

Horrible Car Wash and very disrespectful customer service when I called about a problem. 
I was charged $10 to my Credit card for a car wash lasting 15 seconds!   I called for a refund and he said it's impossible to refund.   He angrily insulted me by saying that I was the one that screwed up by pressing some small button that's not even labeled.   This lite button apparently allows you to end your car wash immediately and still charge you full price!   Why would anyone even do that deliberately!    I can confidently say that there are so many more options for good car washes in traverse city.   Please don't waste your time at this money pit.

Used the drive thru wash, drove 8 miles home on pavement, and this is what the car looks like - filthy! Looks like the entire middle and front was missed.
