From a business owner to another I give you 5 stars!!! You took care of my vinyl wrapped BMW as if it was your own car. You knew exactly how to hand car wash my vehicle. You squeezed me in without having in appointment and had me in and out in a reasonable time! Your prices are excellent as well! I will be back for more car washes! Looking forward to the nice weather! 5 star work and 5 star customer service!

My 7 year daughter ate her breakfast most weekdays on way to school, so my Honda CRV was very greasy inside (back seat and inside of back doors especially). I was recommended the $89 package which included shampoo/steam of the seats. They did a good job to clean everything. There were still somewhere on the back seat looking darker than the other part but I think nobody could do better. All hand wash job and took less than 2 hours. The place was not big. Only one covered space so my car was washed outside. I would recommend you go there on a calm day. There were two lovely birds in the office. They flew around a lot as a pair, and once one of them even stopped at my right hand (the other could not find place to stop so immediately both went away). Lovely birds but be prepared for their sudden move when you get into the office.

Mat did an excellent job! He worked the quoted price. I have a cream suede and black leather interior. All of the other detail places I went to prior to Express told me they can not get the stains out or quoted me a ridiculous price. Mat and his team got all of the stains out with the exception of one but that stain is very light now. The ceiling of my truck looks almost brand new and the entire truck very shiny. :D My truck was also finished 2hrs earlier than expected. In addition, him and his staff listened and was very pleasant. I highly recommend this business for auto detailing.

I would not go here again nor would recommend anyone to Express Detail in Piscataway, NJ. Took a newly bought used car for full detail. The car was already in a great clean condition but I wanted to get it shine like new. They charged over $100+ dollars for full interior/exterior detail and said it will look almost brand new. I dropped the car in morning and they called me back in evening saying it was ready. When I got there, I was absolutely not satisfied. They did not do anything good... vacuum was bad, wheel were still dirty, interior had dirt which i showed them and they cleaned it in front of me. They tried to touch up a minor scratch (very minor) but made a mess of it by just putting a different shade paint on it. Totally ruined it and did not even buff it when it was included in the full detail. Basically they charged me $100+ for just washing the car which I could have done it in $10 bucks. Very bad and not trust worthy people. I would maybe spend a little more but go to a trustworthy place which does a good job. They can basically just wash your car but nothing more than that.
