Their convenience fee is outrageous. Attempting to register a truck, they stated the plate and registration to over $200. I stated that can't be right.
I went to Livingston DMV, had a small wait, but actual price was $48 for plate/registration. 
Not worth the convenience. 

Just recently, someone I know was told of flags present on their license by this Express, went to actual DMV and was told no flags, no extra fees, just license renewal. 
So were they expecting to take this flag money, and keep it?

How is it that you do not tell someone there is a $18.00 processing fee. This is outrageous!!! And when asked prior to paying what's included in the fee your employee's response is " this is the total and I don't know". If people are willing to pay that much for convenience they are crazy. I'd sit for hours and drive 25 miles rather than give you another dollar. Who regulates this place and let's this happen???

They overcharge you for services try to charge me more for an ID they messed up on . They also kept threatening me saying, "what do you want?! to go to the state instead ?!you want to go to state?you can wait there!"  Knowing well that I'm at an express OMV because I don't want to wait at the state and then she had the nerve to talk on her cell phone on personal business.  The only kind person in there is a young lady whose taking the pictures.  Have they given me my money back on the ID they messed up on I would've gone to the state .

This place is the best. The employees are really friendly and helpful. I got my stuff done extremely fast. My waiting time was less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend the place!

I have always dreaded going to the DMV and when I mentioned to a friend that I had to get my drivers license renewed & was not looking forward to it (because my  previous expriences at regular DMV's over the years have always been been horrible with long lines, understaffed offices and unfriendly and/or unhelpful staff). My friend recommended I try OMV in Denham Springs and I am so glad I did! 
The staff was very nice and organized. They explained the fees involved and I was in and out in 15 minutes!!! Try them out, you'll be glad you did.
