We researched a lot of roofers when we sprung a leak. Of the 4 we narrowed down our list to, Rene from Express Roofing sold is on hiring them. He had amazing experience, amazing knowledge, and a good quote.... About average in price, but without all the 'hooks' that the other places would catch on with and send the final invoice into YIKES country. Express was quick, professional and they let us know what was happening as they progressed, even to the point of flying a drone over and sending us a narrated link to show what was going on daily. Price, experience, workmanship...the ingredients to a satisfied customer, and they are the first recipe in that cookbook.

Great experience with Express Roofing. Glad we did our research and found the best! From initial contact through completion, were very pleased. The original bid was very competitive with others we received, and included lots of detail and extras that other companies upcharge for. Emphasis on quality is what really hooked us. Thank you Express Roofing for a pleasantly stress-free experience!

Another roofing company made a bid that was only slightly less than the bid of Express Roofing. But the Express Roofing bid was including top-quality materials, while the slightly cheaper company didn't even offer better supplies as an option to consider. Also, Express Roofing thought about other related work that might be needed, such as getting and painting new wood, moving an electrical box to comply with modern building codes, and getting someone else to redo my rain gutters that needed it. By thinking of things, and either doing them or connecting me with people to do things, I ended up getting everything taken care of without a hassle. I also appreciated the way they sent me drone videos and photos of the roof work before, during, and after the job. I was glad to have this assurance that they were doing quality work. And they were thousands less than one of the other companies that made a bid on the job. So, overall, they did what seems to me to be a top quality job at a good price, and deserve their stars.

These guys are the greatest! We just had them do a total reroof and makeover of our fascia board. We picked Express Roofing from a total of 10 companies who bid on our project and we could not be more pleased. Going the extra mile is what makes Rene and his crew stand out. We had a couple of bumps in the road with some unexpected work that needed done (replacing rotted out skylights) and this is where their professionalism really stood out. They did an excellent job at a fair price. We definitely recommend at least letting them bid on your roofing project. After meeting them and seeing the attention to detail they provide, more than likely they will be your final choice.

These guys are amazing, Renee the owner was involved throughout the process. Great family company, and would recommend them to everyone. I love my homes new roof/new look. :)
