My son's leg was bleeding from several deep cuts and they wanted me to sign in at the kiosk which was not working correctly.  The worker went to the kiosk and took her several times to get it to work.  I was concerned about his pain and asked her if she could just take his information as there was another person sitting at the desk idle.  The woman asked the person sitting there if she would take his info.  She said yes.  I pulled out his insurance card, and she asked me if it was work related and yes it was.  She proceeded to tell me about their policy and how they can't take him because the employer has to pay.  

Whatever you do, please stay away! You will be so much better off going to Patient First or Laurel Hospital.

I was a bit skeptical because of the other reviews...however they were very nice. You can check in  and register electronically and the receptionist, Jasmine was very pleasant. I was in and out in less than and hour and the physician, Marisa was very nice. They even gave me a time stamped doctor's note as I had to miss a day of work. Also Jasmine called me the following day to see how I was feeling. I would recommend place....it appears they have really turned things around for customer service  because I had a good experience. Even though I was not feeling well, they really did their best to ensure my visit was fast and efficient!

Waste of space and time. The website and hours on the door say 9-9. I walked in at 8:32pm to be told that I couldn't be seen or treated because they have an 8:30 cutoff and the system won't let them register anyone else.... well guess what?? That's means you close at 8:30! Duh! People ill enough to go to an urgent care center don't need that kind of stupidity and runaround. There were literally 3 employees behind the counter, just looking at me. Never again.

Not sure about the bad ratings or complaints, but I don't have bad visits or problems with staff or no long wait line. Nevermind I'm here and there is no doctor in the office and it's 10:22am and the office opens at 9am so I understand y the bad ratings

Excellent service..I was in and out in less than an hour. Great staff and service. They even called to check up on me the following day.
