This place is amazing, not only do they have great service and attention they will accommodate to your needs at all times! Got my highlights re-done since they were not done correctly from the beginning also got my Kertain treatment and I was so pleased with the work! Thank you Karen and staff for all your amazing attention!

As the name states Exquisite Hair Inc, that is exactly the type of service that is done there. The skill set at Exquisite Hair Inc. is so high it is a force to be reckoned with. To the woman who stated that her sister went there and the service was not good, it was better than GOOD. I was there on Saturday and watched both Ms. Karen and one of her staff members work on that woman's hair and she was happy until her mother came in and demanded that Ms. Karen reverse all that was done because she was not going to pay for Black & Silver/Grey hair that her daughter ordered because she will not be able to maintain it.. The mother further stated that her (grown) daughter has too many ideas of hairstyles that will not compliment her. Ms. Karen should have stopped the process immediately and asked her to leave because she had processed the hair to the exact specification that the woman requested. Ms. Karen being such a professional agreed to try and reverse the process at no extra charge. Why the hell does a grown woman needs her mother to choose and pay for her hair care. Your sister went on to say to her mom, I need my nails done but I need you to pay for my medication instead. I witnessed that woman sleep so hard that it took two people to hold her head up to facilitate the processing of her hair and you have the nerve to criticize the service. Ms. Karen even took her home. Did you pay for her gas????? . Guess what, I went to the Salon today (Sunday) to pick up something I had left behind and it took Ms. Karen a while to answer the door thus she explained she was on the phone with her attorney and continued her conversation while I waited, so for you to doubt that she spoke with her attorney on a Sunday tells me you live a sheltered life and knows nothing about attorney/client relationship.                                                                                                    Since you know so much about hair why didn't you do your own sister's hair and save the $200?  I guess talk is cheap but never tell a lie because it feels good to you.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, but I don't have that option. My sister when to this salon for her birthday as a gift from the parents. Jess show the stylist a picture and they said it was no problem. After 3 hours, Mom went in to check on Jess. Jess made an excuse to have a smoke and went outside to talked it out because it looked horrible! Jess went inside and told the stylist to put her color back she was not happy. They agreed. The stylist lift the color again. After 9 more hours and a burnt scalp. Jess walked out with dark orange and white hair. The layers they tried to cut were random chunks cut out. After Jess went home and cried all night, she worked her way up to calling and speaking to the owner, the owner refused to give a refund. Mad as hell but determines to handle this professionally. I call the salon and speak to the owner for my sister. The salon owner was nasty and yelling in the phone. I explained we just wanted a refund to get her hair fixed we didn't trust they could fix it. The owner stated she would call back. And she did. The owner stated she spoke to her lawyer, (on a Sunday) and they would give a partial refund minus the supplies used if we signed a non-disclosure and promised not to put up a picture and review online. She also stated she would mail the agreement certified and then we would get a verified check. She also stated that she used $200 worth of product on her hair so the refund wouldn't be much. And FYI Jess spend $200 at the salon. We decided that wasn't cool! We don't want anyone to go through what Jess went through. We put up the reviews.

My mother is undergoing chemo and wanted to find an environment warm and inviting to shave her hair. Our favourite salon was booked and no one in town could make an appointment. Except Exquisite Salon. Truth be told they didn't have any appointment open either, but hearing of my mom's special needs, they made time. They brought her in an hour after closing and my mom had her hair removed by three kind women in a long closed salon. She also put on my mother's new wig and cut it to make it look authentic. I can't say how much that gesture meant to us and I know I will visit these wonderful ladies myself in the future.
