My name is Dan Martinez. My wife Elizabeth and I recently closed on our first home with the help of Liz LaVanway. 

Liz was amazing. She was consistently transparent with us, and offered credible and fact based opinions when we asked for them. Her customer service skills were also top notch. She took the time to explain everything to us and gave both my wife and I a real sense of comfort throughout an otherwise stressful process for most. She traveled far and away, through sunny days and blizzard like conditions, in order to view properties with us.

Folks, the lady traveled with us from Jefferson County, to the City of Burlington without batting an eyelash. She displayed a real down to earth attitude as well, which was extremely refreshing. 

She may be a real estate agent to most, but to our family, she is a friend.

We have bought and sold 7 properties in 5 states and worked with a lot of realtors and Sean Lentz is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with.  He is responsive, professional and knowledgeable.  At every step of the process he was on top of what was going on with our listing and what we needed to do and he gave us excellent guidance / advice along the way.  One of the best things about Sean however is that he conducts his business in a “seller friendly” manner and that includes charging a flat rate for his services instead of the old fashioned way in which the commission is based on the sale price of the home.  Before choosing Sean, we interviewed other, full-commission agents and the comparison between Sean and the experience we would have had with the full commission agent is significant:
•	Based on Sean’s market analysis, he recommended a list price that was $126,000 higher than the market analysis of the full-commission agent.
•	We had our home under contract at 99.52% of our list price 5 days after going on the MLS.
•	We found the right buyer at the right time, but Sean’s market analysis was perfect.
•	Had we used a full commission agent, we would have paid $20,421 more in commission than we paid Sean.
In hindsight, choosing Sean as our listing agent was a “no-brainer.”  We had a great experience using Sean and financially – the difference was huge.
