I have stayed in many motels near three rivers tx. This is by far the best in the area. The room's are huge and even better is the price. The staff is very helpful. I will recommend to go have a look and decide for yourself. Cheers

Great place! Good rates especially compared to the competition. Nice and new rooms were very clean!

What is wrong with this place is the staff has attitude. The woman was sleeping and the front desk. It's empty and she wanted to charge me $150 and night. These rooms haven't been cleaned well. This place needs help.

This hotel is very poorly ran by an individual who does not recognize the difference between a pet and a service dog. He refused to let my friends mom have her money refunded and was rude about her service dog.
