Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The building was very secure at all times. Amenities were clean. The smell of the rooms was very musty though.

I didn't stay. Just asked questions about an upcoming stay. Manager was very accommodating.

The staff is very nice, and the rooms are decent. There seem to be random things missing from some of the rooms (ironing board in mine, a tag can in a friend's), but nothing major

Rat traps, laundry in the halls and bad smells! That's the only way to describe this place. It looks like fresh paint on the outside but a dumpster on the inside. Definitely stay here only if the alternative was to sleep on the street, and even then the street would probably smell better.
