Stayed for a month with a crawling baby, a toddler, and a young child. House keeping never came, had to buy my own broom, dust pan, and mop to sweep the carpet and floor and buy and use our own trash bags. Upon preparing to leave we washed the dishes, gathered the trash, and put towels and wash cloths in nice pile in the bathroom. Walked back in to take care of some business and overheard staff including the hotel manager talking about how trashed our room was (I included pictures of the "disarray" the room was left in) it literally only needed to be vacuumed. Earlier that month a couple I met there checked out and I overheard the staff gossiping and degrading them saying their dog stunk and the room stunk, I visited the room and met the dog, neither were at all like the rumors they were spreading. Very unprofessional High school like gossiping staff. Also our heater didn't work in our room and temperatures were down to 56º outside.

the room was very clean and well put together. the staff was wonderful and ready to help and accommodate us in any way. very close to downtown and was within walking distance of any shop or restaurant I could want to go to

Comfortable bed. Kitchen in room, stove, sink, microwave, full refrigerator with freezer. Room was clean, sheets, and towels are clean. Staff was friendly. Laundromat on site. Discounts for longer stays. I will book here again next time I come visit.

Basic rooms that seem to have been recently "refreshed" and lightly renovated. The grounds and the building needs better upkeep...there are trash barrels overflowing and junk lying around the check-in area. The wi-fi is the slowest I've ever used in a hotel (even the paid upgrade wi-fi - don't bother!) . Also, my truck, along with a few other vehicles, were broken in to while staying here in June 2017. I realize management is not responsible for vandalism or theft, but I did not even get a "sorry" or any sort of contact from them at all regarding the matter. The area is OK overall - it's actually convenient to restaurants and shopping - but the parking lot has some shady characters roaming around after dark. Needless to say, don't leave any valuables in your vehicle if you stay here...

Staff was friendly. Rates were great and include small kitchenette. Beds are ok.
